East Quogue, originally settled in 1673 as Fourth Neck, is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 4,757 at the 2010 census.

East Quogue is in the town of Southampton.

East Quogue is located at 40°51′3″N 72°34′34″W (40.850707, -72.576243).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 11.5 square miles (29.9 km2), of which 8.9 square miles (23.0 km2) is land and 2.7 square miles (7.0 km2), or 23.23%, is water.
